    It's possible, and we have just done it in one of our hospitality project. Various stakeholders initially thought it would be costly. However, after careful planning and many hours of design workshops we are now well positioned to attain LEED and GBI Gold for a 423 key 5 Star Hotel project. Many of the initiatives we have targeted come with reasonable cost and good ROI of 3-5 years. Stakeholders need to consider the potential savings that green initiatives generate during operations when preparing the project budget and not just the cost of implementation.
