When you are thinking of content design, you should always research about what your audience is consuming, and then feed them what you want in the similar manner, if you want to design some content around education, you can always use relevant events and examples that are already happenning around them and then design content around it, in this way the audience will relate and engage.

In my experience as a content designer, the very first step into content design is to fully understand the business and the problem it's trying to solve. After that, I get to know the user persona and the way it interacts with the product. I usually look at the content from the user's perspective so that I can include answers to their questions in the content. I believe clarity and simplicity helps users navigate and interact more easily.

There is many more questions but you get the point, there may be different ways of receiving your content and you may need to adjust different things accordingly, in order to make it as easy as possible for the receiver to view your content.
