At times a proper combination of two methodologies can solve the conflicts. Clash doesn’t always happen within the product team, sometimes it happens with clients too! Especially while dealing with clients from industry verticals which require processed approach along with innovation!! In such cases we need to think strategically and align teams to follow a hybrid methodology to address the different opinions and for a smooth execution.

Team members resist when certain processes are imposed on them, especially if those processes feel unfamiliar or outside their comfort zone. Facing such changes all at once can feel overwhelming for the team, as they may struggle to adapt to new ways of working. To overcome the conflict: 1. Create a culture of collaboration and Open communication to know the reasons of conflict. 2. Clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations within the team. 3. Be flexible and willing to adapt Agile practices to your team’s specific context. 4. Align on the core values and principles of Agile rather than specific practices. By embracing collaboration and iterative nature of Agile, you can resolve internal conflicts and build a high-performing team.

It's important to make sure that these discussions are being carried out openly without any prejudice. Focus on the matter and most importantly, avoid personal attacks. Often disagreements are caused by bias towards the person(s) , not towards the subject or matter. If this could be avoided, discussions could be carried out more effectively with an open mind that often leads to successful agreements.
