    To deliver a project in time in real estate Design. Split the project into phases There should be a consultation phase( involve all stakeholders, Chiefs and interested parties)perimeter survey, be more familiar with the site in terms of boundaries, beacons or general borders.produce maps as base maps to use in the project planning phase, engage with different people to have detailed views of the intended real estate project to ensure sustainability. Implementation phase, use Dashboards as a tool to present progress and whatever is changing as the project is going on. the dashboard will also help to check variations from other similar projects, make the dashboard available to interested parties for comments ,to have a good product.
