Make sure you communicate to everyone and every service crew, make sure everyone understands what operations are going on in the rig site, and encourage everybody to use stop work authority if they see any anomalies that can potientally lead to incidents. Also, try to document all procedures like JSA, WORK PERMIT,... and follow their instructions carrefully. for me Clear Communication is main key to safe operations especially in a risky environmnet like a rig site
