While as soon as the word motivation comes in play, there is no right or wrong. Someone will get motivated with something and someone else may not get motivated with It. Different things work for different people. But one thing which cut across is the ‘Culture’. To me Culture defines the spirit and speed at which a team work. Best motivation to a team is positive and supportive culture
