I’ve been on the hunt for how to organize recipes and came across some great ideas! We can use a combination of these methods. Choose what will work best for you! If you have lots of loose recipes from magazines or friends and family, a binder system might work best. But if you prefer to organize your recipes digitally, a spreadsheet might be the way to go. Start by centralizing all feedback. Use platforms like Frame.io, ShotGrid, or Trello to keep comments, tasks, and version control in one place. Label feedback by priority and due dates so the team knows exactly what to tackle first. Set clear review windows to gather inputs at specific times, reducing random interruptions. This structure keeps everyone aligned, minimizes confusion, and helps you focus on delivering top-quality animation within your deadlines.
