    All the pointers are must in the digital learning. Engaging learner’s is a challenge. In adult learning, it is good to have pre-learning content shared either as a digital content, or physical copy that can be read in different formats. The possibility is that 20% would disciplined and come prepared. It is also important to have introductory video content by the facilitator and based on the topic give links to related content from Various sources that can be consumed in small nuggets. During the online learning session, we must necessarily have group breakout and make people speak out to share experiences from their field of work which can have compelling impact on-others and it can trigger conversations that can make learning meaningful.
