- Incorporate varied interactive elements like quizzes, discussions, and hands-on projects to cater to different learning styles.

- Schedule regular live sessions for real-time engagement and to build a learning community.

- Provide immediate feedback on assignments and interactive activities to reinforce learning and maintain momentum.

To keep learners engaged, use a mix of interactive tools like polls, quizzes, and live discussions. Break content into digestible segments and include real-world examples. Encourage participation by asking open-ended questions and addressing their responses. Incorporate visual aids, storytelling, and hands-on activities to maintain interest. Foster a supportive learning environment by providing feedback, acknowledging contributions, and creating opportunities for peer interaction to sustain motivation and focus throughout the course

    - First, ask a lot of questions to trigger the curiosity of the learners - Share quizzes, polls to keep them active - share the learning outcomes when the session begins, so that they stick till the end to take back something useful from the session

First, we should teach with enthusiasm, energy, and passion. Then, we should actively engage students in the learning process by asking questions, incorporating session breaks, using polls, reviewing lessons with their participation, and providing real-life examples and applications.

Something I've learnt in public speaking is to start with a question involving and activating your audience. Keep enough breaks to maintain their concentration level (roughly max 40 minutes we can keep our attention), use interactive tools and real-life examples, use LMS systems to track their progress and add different types of activities also for self-study part, invest in follow up and provide always some further learnings

Engagement starts with the first hello. The icebreaker is key to set the mood. Polls are great to gauge opinions. I lik using breakout rooms as it builds momentum in communications. Always end with quizzes and a clap for your audience.
