An easy way of solving a long list of reported bugs is to categorize them based on their similarities. Afterwards, you can organize the tasks of each category in a ranking system determined by factors such as difficulty, testing duration, and their significance to the user experience. Once you have them organized, these tasks can be delegated to the team members with the highest expertise in a specified category. At this point, the bugs can be resolved one by one. The list will be empty before you know it!

Checklists. Old fashioned checklists. Just like surgeons and pilots use. You are dealing with humans - frustrated customers and limited team capacity. Don’t do all nighters. Just don’t. It’s stupid and if the nuclear arsenal isn’t involved you are going to make things worse. Have a point person for internal comms. Keep a sense of humor, solving these kind of end of the world events are among the most thrilling, collaborative, morale building experience your organization can go through.

1: Make sure all bugs are grouped and labeled on entry for easy filtering. 2: Management/leadership sit down a few times per week to triage bugs. 3: You switch to two modes of bug fixing. 3.a: Mode 1 - Judicious allocation of bugs out to individuals by leads. Triaged and curated to make sure each bug is a high impact fix. 3b: Mode 2 - An open swimming pool of bugs for any developer with downtime. People can wade in and fix to their heart's content with the right filters set up. 4. As you draw to a close on release you need to make sure that bug being fixed being gated, so you're not risking the build on low level C-bugs just before release.
