Zur Priorisierung schlage ich die Nutzung einer Eisenhower-Matrix oder einer gewichteten Bewertungsmatrix vor. Damit lassen sich Kritikpunkte effizient nach Dringlichkeit und Einfluss auf die Kundenzufriedenheit sortieren, sodass gezielt Massnahmen ergriffen werden können, die den Service nachhaltig verbessern
