I prioritize tasks strictly, delegate efficiently, and set firm work boundaries. I recharge with regular breaks, exercise, and mindfulness. Using project management tools helps me stay organized, while open communication with my team ensures we stay aligned, supportive and alive. Balance is key to thriving, not just surviving.

If I’m the supervisor I hire experienced help if it a long term problem. If short term I bring in outside contractors who are also experienced. Don’t want to ride a good mule to death. Have a good day

I will always advocate for taking regular breaks. There are numerous methods you can try, like the Pomodoro method where you work in 25-minute intervals and then take short breaks, or the Eat the Frog method where you prioritize your most pressing tasks first thing in the morning.

High performers often create artificial pressure - sometimes, the toughest deadlines are the ones we set for ourselves. When juggling multiple high-priority tasks, take a step back and ask: “Am I the one creating this urgency?” Engage with your clients. A simple conversation can open the door to renegotiating timelines, reducing stress, and improving outcomes. You’d be surprised how often a quick phone call can make a world of difference to your mental clarity. By prioritising effectively, you regain control, allowing you to tackle tasks efficiently and deliver with confidence.

We can utilize and maximize the team we have so that everyone can contribute to the project we are working on. And we have to monitor them so that everything runs smoothly and there are no problems. If there is a team member who finds a potential problem, report it immediately so that the problem does not have time to arise and can be avoided from the start.
