What matters most is shareholder value. Character animations? I don't know what that is. Does it increase shareholder value even by 0.001%? Then it's on. Fire anyone that doesn't do this "remote animation" thing. In fact, fire all departments that don't add shareholder value DAILY. If shareholder value doesn't increase for 1 day, even for 1 day, the whole economy will collapse and we will become worse than medieval times. The company must stay afloat. More sacrifices need to be made. Animation is cool, we're excited to bring this in our Company™️ and we hope it adds more shareholder value over time for our shareholders.

To guide a remote animator in enhancing character animation quality, provide clear references and detailed feedback. Break down the animation goals, highlighting key movements, timing, and emotions. Ensure they understand the context of the animations within the game, and encourage iterative reviews. Utilize tools like shared documents or video calls for quick clarification. Be specific about improvements while fostering open communication for adjustments and creativity.

Make the technical requirements and art direction clear so they know exactly what they are making, but do not pressure them or try to micro manage them as it will hinder their process. Understand that animation is difficult, tedious, and time consuming. If you have done your job in the recruiting process, you have hired a skilled and competent animator who will do what you require, so long as you make it clear to them what they are supposed to be doing. If you are the project lead or animation director and are seeing sub par animations, adjust them to what you need and return so they can understand what you are asking for. If you are a AAA CEO or CFO, fire them for no apparent reason and blame the studio's failure on the woke agenda.
