Agree upon a communication tool (slack etc) and how and when communication is expected (at the completion of said task or phase, if trouble arises) Make sure there are people in your group who can translate / mediate between specialties (clinical and business. Tech and non tech)

I do this by adopting an open door policy. In doing this we can address any issues as they come up and following set guidelines within the practice and principles of the organisation

However, in my experience managing diverse interdisciplinary teams across Latin America and Europe, one fundamental aspect is missing: clearly defining the team’s mission, vision, and targets in simple, accessible language. To achieve this, it’s crucial to involve team members in the definition process. As a leader or company representative, you provide the guidelines, but it is the team that will enrich, unify, and empower everyone with a shared spirit from the very beginning.
