    If my team had resentiments and genuine oposition to new technologies, I would focus on several key aspects: 1. The first and maybe the most important step is to explain benefits and advantages. I would then show my team how they simplify processes, improve results, and reduce routine. 2. The second crucial issue is to listen to people's concerns Organising open discussions so that the team can share their fears or questions is like putting them at ease. 3. Last but not least Trainings, workshops etc. These are the key aspects of personal growth in the digital age and trial and error method is what I would consider to be useful for my employees to start with internalizing new technology.
