Engage with your team to uncover the roots of their concerns. Explain the rationale behind the new methodologies. Make the benefits clear, not just for the project, but for the team members individually. Involve your team in the decision-making process. When they feel like stakeholders, they’re more likely to embrace the changes. Encourage feedback and adapt your approach based on their input. Offer robust training sessions and continuous support. Make sure everyone feels confident and equipped to handle the new methodologies. Demonstrate your commitment to the new methodologies by adopting them yourself. Celebrate the milestones and successes, no matter how small. Recognizing progress can motivate the team to keep moving forward.

I think the members understand that very well and hence there should be no resistance. I prefer organic changes, which comes naturally if you are farsighted.
