I would invite for a meeting that everybody understands the different positions and interests of the other. In most of the cases the topic could be solved with such alignment meetings to express the major target for the company again. Everybody wants to do its best in the daily work and sometimes the different interests need to be aligned. Productivity versus Zero Defects.

To realize it's not the end of the world is important. Be confident and deliver the best quality work most possible in the limited time and there's always room for rectification. Being stressed takes away your productivity , so to stay calm is the most important cue.

I would like to have a one to one meeting with members having conflicts. After listening to all sides, will analyze the situation to pinpoint the root cause of the conflict.Remaining calm and collected throughout the one to one meeting process will help to find out root cause of the conflicts. Remain objective and unbiased also important when resolving conflicts. Respond instead of reacting while listening Establishing workplace boundaries, avoiding micromanagement, avoiding favourism and confidence among team will help to resolve confliction in effective manner.

    1. Listen First, Solve Later: Take time to genuinely listen to both sides of the conflict. People want to feel heard, not dismissed. Sit with them calmly and ask, “What’s really bothering you?” This simple act can reduce tension. 2. Create a Safe Space: Make it clear that it’s okay to express concerns without judgment or retaliation. Assure your team that solving the issue matters to you and the company as a whole. 3. Act as a Bridge, Not a Judge: Approach conflicts with empathy and neutrality. Instead of assigning blame, focus on understanding why tensions arose and bridging gaps between employees. These 3 will help you a lot From chitti
