Upgrade requests can be categorized in two general groups: 1- Functional demands: This group of requests relates to system main goal of implementation. Thus, The highest priority rate can be refered to them and they should be done as soon as possible. 2- Non-functional demands: This group of requests which can be prioritized in the second level, will not directly impact system functionality. In case of facing with conflicts between first and second group, Functional upgrade has higher rank in compare with non-functional.
