Have a plan for the next week but Be prepared to be flexible with this by prioritising and revisiting daily. Set 3 non negotiable daily actions. 2 always on day to day and 1 working towards a bigger goal. Use visual tools such as trackers and journals to measure progress Look at what can be outsourced to ensure time is being used efficiently, making the most of my own skills but knowing when someone can step in to support. Establish strong working relationships with stake holders. Communicate with clients/companies I work with to inform them of progress/delays.
