I would begin by investigating whether the product is generating sufficient high-quality records to train the model effectively. If the product is not designed to maintain structured records or collect user feedback and performance metrics, the AI will never be able to produce meaningful insights for the business or its customers.

Addressing a team member missing deadlines requires a balance of accountability, support, and problem-solving. Here’s an effective approach: 1. Assess the Situation • Review the missed deadlines and their impact on the project. • Determine if this is a one-time issue or a recurring problem. • Gather facts before jumping to conclusions. 2. Have a Private Conversation • Approach the team member in a non-confrontational manner. • Ask open-ended questions to understand the root cause (e.g., workload, unclear expectations, personal issues). • Show support while emphasizing the importance of meeting deadlines. 3. Clarify Expectations • Reiterate project timelines and deliverables.

Shift from reminders to accountability—ask them to set their own deadlines and track progress visibly. If issues persist, uncover root causes through a candid conversation and adjust workload or support accordingly.

In my experience, implementation of proper monitoring system can be the trump card. Week by week monitoring then find the pros and cons. After that meeting the demands will be a good solution.

Missing targeted deadlines and objectives is normal. It's easy to beat ourselves up over what some may consider failure. However keep in mind, having the target is the key because we must always in life, not just in our professions use the motto, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." Lets keep things just THAT simple. Everything else adds to the confusion and self doubts. 🙏🏽💯👍🏽
