Set goals and celebrate hitting them along the bug bash. Be present! encourage people and acknoeldge the work being done. build in retrospectives after the work is done to make both the process better and to uncover why some of the bugs came to be in the first place. Enabling upstream fixes that will cause less bugs later.

We can never escape game bugs. Fixing bugs is a part of the game development process. That's why I always choose a few people from the beginning of the game development to constantly report bugs along with the game development. I never leave bug fixing at the end of the game development. I put it in the game development process. This is the only way to minimize or even zero the stress level.

During challenging bug-fixing and testing phases, I’ve found that creating a collaborative and energized atmosphere makes a world of difference. 1. Celebrate progress: Fixing even one stubborn bug deserves a cheer. Recognizing small wins keeps the team motivated and appreciated. 2. Encourage knowledge sharing: Fostering a culture where team members share tips or workarounds boosts collaboration and reduces frustration. 3. Keep the energy up: Short breaks, surprise coffee runs, or quick games recharge everyone. 4. Emphasize the goal: Reminding the team how their efforts contribute to success inspires a shared purpose. These small efforts boost morale and productivity, even in demanding phases.
