Optimising any operations, workflow, etc., means making new changes and going through the adaptation and implementation process. It does mean an internal conflict for all working with an old system or process. It is a common situation, so do you know if this is a starting point? 1. Introduce a new IT platform. 2. A reason behind such a move. 3. Process and progress from start to end. 4. Possible changes and learning process. 5. Help during the changing process. 6. Expectations.

Start by fostering open communication—create a safe space where team members can freely share concerns and suggestions during regular discussions. Clearly define roles and responsibilities to minimize confusion and overlapping tasks, ensuring everyone understands their contributions. Encourage the team to resolve conflicts independently. Healthy disagreements can lead to better results, provided the team is equipped with the skills to handle conflicts professionally. My aim is to step in only when necessary, allowing the team to navigate disagreements, maintain professionalism, and avoid long-term negative impacts. Conflicts can often be turned into opportunities for growth.

To avoid this, I am committed to having transparent communications and have team members express their feedback and complaints. Clear roles and tasks must be defined so as not to overlap work and fail to be accountable. My Conflict Resolution Training also teaches team how to work through conflicts. If we can foster this collaborative feeling and re-orient towards common values, then we get to root causes faster, get to the same solution, and get to work. It builds both team unity and productivity.
