Volunteers are the filament between organizational goals and the outcomes achieved for specific objectives. Their involvement is directly proportional to outcomes of an intervention. Design an effective call to action as it clearly defines the scope of their involvement while aligning with their motivations and aspirations. It's essential to involve them in brainstorming and shaping the foundation of a study. This not only fosters a sense of ownership over their contributions but also boosts morale and enhances the impact of capacity-building efforts. Allowing autonomy based on the nature of the research can significantly improve both morale and productivity, enabling them to thrive while contributing meaningfully to the project.
