In the event of an HVAC system failure during a heatwave, my primary concern would be occupant safety. I'd swiftly implement backup cooling measures, such as fans and cooling devices. If needed, I'd relocate occupants temporarily and work diligently to restore the HVAC system, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
