Here’s what helps me stay on track: 1. Time Buffering: I intentionally leave blocks of unbooked time in my calendar to handle surprises. It doesn’t always work perfectly, but it gives me some breathing room. 2. Real-Time Prioritization: When something unexpected comes up, I reassess my task list immediately. What’s truly urgent? What can be deferred or delegated? 3. Clear Communication: I make it a point to loop in my team or stakeholders early. Keeping everyone aligned reduces friction & ensures we’re adjusting together. 4. Mindset Shift: I try to see unexpected changes as part of the job, not as interruptions. That shift helps me stay calm and solutions-focused.

So many tools, so little time.Work smarter not harder. Although it is great to have a planned workload, don't plan work into all the hours available. Keep time unblocked in your calendar.
