Here’s what helps me stay on track: 1. Time Buffering: I intentionally leave blocks of unbooked time in my calendar to handle surprises. It doesn’t always work perfectly, but it gives me some breathing room. 2. Real-Time Prioritization: When something unexpected comes up, I reassess my task list immediately. What’s truly urgent? What can be deferred or delegated? 3. Clear Communication: I make it a point to loop in my team or stakeholders early. Keeping everyone aligned reduces friction & ensures we’re adjusting together. 4. Mindset Shift: I try to see unexpected changes as part of the job, not as interruptions. That shift helps me stay calm and solutions-focused.

Prioritise the tasks and work on the one that adds the most value. Everything is "urgent", but many tasks hold zero value. Work smarter.

So many tools, so little time.Work smarter not harder. Although it is great to have a planned workload, don't plan work into all the hours available. Keep time unblocked in your calendar.

Agile mastery is necessary to navigate unrelenting deadlines. I use strategic flexibility, setting priorities brutally, and taking swift, decisive action to adapt to unforeseen changes. This dynamic resilience, developed via experience, turns possible chaos into evidence of my steadfast, problem-solving abilities.
