To help your culinary team adapt to new kitchen technology, start by providing hands-on training tailored to their specific needs. Organize workshops or invite experts to demonstrate how to use these tools effectively. Create a collaborative environment where team members can share their insights and learn from one another. Additionally, offer ongoing support through accessible manuals or tutorials and establish a feedback loop to address concerns. Recognize and reward progress to build confidence and enthusiasm. By fostering patience, teamwork, and continuous learning, you'll empower your team to excel.
