To adapt your teaching methods, you need to first find out how differently each of them learns. This is so that you would know how many different methods you need to use. You need to then incorporate different type of teaching methods in your lessons. This includes the traditional way of teaching as well as including hands-on activities. This is so that your students would be able to understand at least one type of method. You should also try to allocate some time to help the students that learns differently. This is so that you would be able to tailor your methods according to their needs.

First and foremost, as a teacher, it’s important to recognize the differences in how your students learn. At first glance, it may seem like they all have unique learning styles. However, with a closer look, you might notice that their approaches are actually quite similar. If their learning methods truly differ, forcing everyone to follow the same approach isn’t the best solution. Instead, adapting your teaching methods to students' needs is far more effective. One practical strategy is to pair students based on their strengths. This way, they reinforce each other’s skills and learn collaboratively.

I would offer varying levels of support depending on the needs of the students. For some, this might mean more guided practice, while others might be ready to work independently. I would also provide frequent opportunities for feedback and revision to help all students improve. I’d encourage them to think about how they best learn (e.g., through discussions or journal entries) and teach them strategies to self-regulate their learning, such as setting goals or self-assessing.I would create a classroom culture where effort and improvement are celebrated, and mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn. This helps boost confidence in students who may struggle.
