    If you want to enhance teamwork in your educational program, you need to consider it since the design phase. One strategy I use is to divide content by hours and insert activities to each hour where participants have to share ideas or present recommendations as a team. When you plan ahead, you distribute your time more effectively and it's more likely that you'll be able to stick to your agenda and learning objectives.
