Cloud storage and file sharing represent increasingly important items in the communication of business users. Due to the increasing need to share documents, knowledge and information and due to the increased scope of data exchange (the amount of information contained in individual documents or files), this type of communication often becomes crucial in the exchange of information in projects, but also in the framework of training and training, i.e. the improvement of human resources potential in companies. Definitely, these types of communications must become a "must have" for all serious companies doing business in the 21st century.

Security is no longer an option given the growing number of cyber attacks. I recommend the deployment of an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)regardless of the number of mobile devices. The EMM encompasses a broader spectrum by also integrating application management and data security. It offers advanced features such as mobile application management, content management and identity management, in addition to device management.
