MONITORING AND EVALUATION The most effective way to assess corrective action plan is continuous monitoring and evaluation.Through monitoring the fault lines more corrective indices are likely to be detected;and criteria will be followed up; the data collection; and presentation processes also required monitoring ; the data validity, reliability and analyses required a follow up.The result and improvement could be made but in the uncertainties of the processes, monitoring could detect more fault lines that would require evaluation and corrective measures within the timeline.So the continuous assessment through monitoring and evaluating would detect gaps that will give the project a near perfect condition.
