    Power projects could be complex and time consuming. As such, it is important to establish early team communications and bring everyone on the same page. Misunderstanding could be costly as a team member will perform as task which wasn’t intended per the project design goals. Weekly or biweekly team communications are also relevant if external parties or companies are involved in the same power project. Engage every stakeholder no matter how small their task may seem. In power engineering, there is no “small�� change or impact. Every change must be accounted for based on established standards or expertise (widely acceptable assumptions are also considered).
