Here’s how I’ve found success in this challenge: - Each member should have clear, measurable goals. Whether it's strength, endurance, or skill improvement, make sure they know what they’re working toward. - Fitness apps and wearables aren’t just trendy—they’re game-changers for tracking performance in real time. They make progress visible and adjustments easier. - Regular check-ins and assessments keep everyone aligned. Celebrate wins, tweak what’s not working, and keep the momentum going. Functional training is about progress, not perfection—these strategies help us get closer every day. What has worked for you when tracking progress in group training? Would love to hear your tips!

My own technique in managing group functional training class is by reducing the verbal cues and focusing only on the main point of the exercise, in case one of individuals performing the exercise in a wrong way I give general explanation of exercising technique while keeping the session working, unless the mistake in the exercise could cause harmful sequela at that point I stop the client and teach the right technique
