With experience, I’ve come to realize that projects are fluid and a team must be able to adapt. Sometimes it’s as simple as adding more people or getting more time added. Other times, it requires considering option “out of the box.” A good job or project lead needs to know how to not only manage material resources, but work within the flow of the human element. Simply speaking, applying the right person, to the right task, in the right environment, in the right time frame is necessary. From there, move tasks and resources around to solve the puzzle.
