    Women in Enterprise: alongside the Director of Enterprise Legal and External Affairs and other individuals in Vodafone Group Enterprise, I have set up an online international network - "Women in Enterprise".

    We hold monthly webinars reaching around 500 people across 16 countries and the topics focus on developing and empowering women in the business. Our most popular have been: ‘Developing your Personal Brand’, ‘Leadership Styles’, ‘Wellbeing & Resilience’, ‘Being Bold’ and ‘Mentoring…

    Women in Enterprise: alongside the Director of Enterprise Legal and External Affairs and other individuals in Vodafone Group Enterprise, I have set up an online international network - "Women in Enterprise".

    We hold monthly webinars reaching around 500 people across 16 countries and the topics focus on developing and empowering women in the business. Our most popular have been: ‘Developing your Personal Brand’, ‘Leadership Styles’, ‘Wellbeing & Resilience’, ‘Being Bold’ and ‘Mentoring, Coaching & Sponsorship’, ‘Impactful Communication’ and ‘The Future of the Workplace’. When we surveyed our community, we also had an 80% + satisfaction rate on the initiative!

    I founded the Graduate Public Speaking platform at Vodafone Group Enterprise to improve the development of my peers, specifically in speaking and presentation skills.

    This entailed organising bi-weekly public speaking/ presentation skills workshops for Graduate community: ~20 attendees each time, senior sponsor engagement and 100% satisfaction rate when attendees were surveyed afterwards.
