Program Lead of NN/g's UXC Mentorship Program

I was invited to create and deliver NN/g's UXC Mentorship Program building on NN/g's previous beta program. This was a 6 month peer to peer program designed to facilitate community connection and individual growth. I supported over 200 UX certified practitioners from 47 countries. My role included program design, recruitment profiling, mentor, mentee and peer matching, group meetings, regular community engagement, guideance frameworks, and ongoing participant support.
