Among other trends observed this year, cold drinks - from probiotic kombuchas to iced matcha lattes - stood out, proving they’re more than a summer swap for consumers. According to Lumina Intelligence’s 2025 Eating and Drinking Out Market Report, Black Sheep Coffee saw a +227% surge in iced beverage sales in late April, with Matcha Lemonades alone driving a +315% uplift. The message is clear: iced drinks are now a year-round staple.
