Progress starts with reflection, and what a year it’s been. July 1st marked the start of our new financial year, so it only felt right to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had before we set the wheels in motion for the next year. In 2024/25, we expanded our services, global reach, and partnerships; supporting 465 organisations across 28 countries and 6 continents. Internally, we grew stronger, welcoming new starters, launching a new commission and reward scheme, and celebrating 26 well deserved promotions across our international offices. We’re only a week into the new year , but the momentum is already building. We've secured a UK-wide incentive trip, seen multiple promotions, and our AGM and People Awards are just around the corner. Thank you to all of our clients, candidates and colleagues that have played a part in the last twelve months. Here's to 2025/26!
