On July 10–11, 2025, Rome hosted the Ukraine Recovery Conference, a significant international event focused on Ukraine's economic recovery. This conference showcased the unity among the Ukrainian business community, financial sector, and government in their collective commitment to achieving a common goal. Last week was highly productive for Bank Lviv. We signed four strategic agreements with European partners that will significantly improve access to financing for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. These new agreements will contribute to production development, job creation, and the growth of the state budget. During the conference, the following agreements were signed: ⚫ An agreement with the European Investment Fund (EIF) for a portfolio guarantee totaling €31.25 million. ⚫ A loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) amounting to €60 million. ⚫ A loan agreement with the CEB - Council of Europe Development Bank for €3 million. ⚫ A letter of intent with the BIO - the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries for a loan agreement worth €5 million. The funds received will primarily be used to support the agricultural sector, implement energy efficiency programs, restore production, and develop local investment projects. Special attention will be given to the development of companies impacted by the war, as well as businesses that create additional opportunities for veterans. "The documents signed in Rome further confirm that our international partners regard Bank Lviv as a reliable channel for investment in the Ukrainian economy. We are committed to providing businesses with clear and transparent access to financing. This effort will empower even more Ukrainian companies to grow, even in challenging times," stated Ashot Abrahamyan, Chairman of the Board of Bank Lviv. Bank Lviv is actively expanding its international partnerships. We aim to strengthen the economy in the western region and across Ukraine. Society urgently requires effective action that is both immediate and impactful. To be free is to work toward a common goal. Natalia Osadcii Tamar Tkhelidze Volodymyr Kuzyo
