As part of my Six Sigma Green Belt certification, I led a data-driven project focused on improving the process capability (Cpk/Ppk) of a critical manufacturing parameter — product thickness — using the DMAIC methodology.

Developing a robust process to convert waste to carbon for battery and supercapacitor. The feedstocks evaluated are mill tailings from mining, wastewater treatment plant residual from pulp and paper industries, as well as wood waste from packaging and furniture industries.

Reported the ecological parameters tracking to supervisor weekly and provided the final report and recommendation for further action. -

Crafted proposals for innovation solutions to substitute cigarette.
Managed the project as well as maintained or improved the work package to determine the potential of chewing tobacco as cigarette substitute.
