We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of APEX - Base ⛰️, a foundational leadership development program tailored for young managers of Lactalis Malaysia. This milestone marks a significant step in our journey to build a strong leadership culture aligned with Lactalis Leadership Model. Over the course of the program, 28 young people managers embarked on a transformative experience—gaining critical leadership skills, sharpening their strategic thinking, and strengthening their ability to lead with purpose. APEX Base was designed to address both current and future leadership needs, and it has done just that by fostering a clear vision of leadership excellence, building a connected community of emerging leaders, and laying the groundwork for a culture of collaboration, engagement, and growth. On 17 May 2025, the streets of Shah Alam came alive with the spirit of unity and fitness during the BOMBA Run 2025, an incredible event organized by the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia. With over 8,000 participants across various categories, it was a day to remember! We had an incredible Hari Raya celebration at the Lactalis office, filled with joy, laughter, and memorable moments! We were honoured to have Mr Olivari Vittorio, our Industrial Director and Ms Florence Albrech, International Marketing Director, join us during their visit to Malaysia, adding a special touch to our celebration. Our talented staff Aniq E. showcased his musical skill by performing wonderful Raya songs, enhancing the festive atmosphere. We indulged in a delicious spread of local Malay food, savouring traditional dishes that brought everyone together.
