There exists no better shining example of a community manager than Shog. Whether it's replying to recent, niche bug reports or wording a proposed (now completed) change to moderator tools, Shog has always been consistently professional and well spoken.

Before writing this answer... I began to wonder: Why? This is obviously an unexpected occurance... So... Why?

Despite that question burning brightly in my, and many of your, heads... I have to focus on thanking Shog for his many, nuanced, and sometimes humorous, contributions to the site.
