J2K: A Strategic Milestone Powered by JESA’s Engineering Excellence💧 OCP Group through OCP Green Water, has successfully launched the J2K pipeline. Spanning over 200 km from the Jorf Lasfar desalination plant to the Khouribga mining basin, this flagship project is now live and is a key initiative within the OCP Group’s Green Investment Strategy, achieving its target of using 100% non-conventional water across all its mining and industrial sites. A sincere thank you to OCP Group and OCP Green Water for their trust. JESA is proud to have contributed to the delivery of this project, the J2K pipeline, Morocco’s first long-distance pipeline transporting desalinated water. From design to delivery, JESA teams mobilized their expertise and commitment to ensure the success of the project — all within a record 24-month timeline. For this project, JESA worked closely with a consortium of Morrocan companies selected through an international tender process, whose contributions were instrumental in the successful execution of this project. Their dedication, technical capabilities, and collaboration made them a key part of this success and of the wider ecosystem we are proud to grow with.
