Exactech, Inc is one of the fastest growing, orthopedic implant manufacturers in the industry and we are seeking top 1099 Independent Sales Representatives to drive our brand and revenue in the Kentucky market specifically Lexington, Lousiville, Exactech is well positioned to compete and we are ready to grow and grow quickly.
OPPORTUNITY:
We have opportunities for highly motivated and driven individuals to become an orthopedic senior sales representative working to develop and maximize sales results. The ideal candidates will possess a successful track record of marketing to medical professionals, particularly orthopedic surgeons. Taking initiative, having a sense of urgency, and having the ability to make sound, accountable decisions, being able to react and adjust quickly to change and come up with practical ideas for problem solving are key characteristics we value.
Ideal candidates will also possess a successful career history of the following:
• Developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with prospective and base customers.
• Leveraging relationships to drive recurrent sales cycles for the company’s products.
• Identifying, qualifying and cultivating new sales opportunities and effectively managing leads.
• Building strategies and selling tools to support increased selling effectiveness.
• Translating clinical benefits of products to economic value to the health care provider and is comfortable with financial based selling tools.
• Positively and credibly influencing sales and service strategies with key decision makers.
• Frequently creating and effectively presenting competitive, high quality proposals including cost/benefit analysis, value proposition and competitive advantages to help the customer meet their objectives.
The senior sales representative will operate and manage their own as an indirect independent contractor. We want sales reps that can deliver immediate results and build the Exactech brand and culture in this territory.
