Here at Palumbo Shipyards and Palumbo Superyachts Refit, we are proud to announce that we will be renewing our support for the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge — the industry's premier event where the future meets the maritime world. This year's event is scheduled to take place from 2 to 5 July at the Yacht Club de Monaco. We are thrilled to share that, following our role as an official sponsor in the 10th edition of the competition in 2023, we will be the main sponsor for Team Messina Energy Boat MEB, representing the University of Messina, this year. The university team, the only representative from Central and Southern Italy, will participate in the Energy Class category with “Guglielmino 2.0,” a high-efficiency electric boat. The team's participation provides a strategic opportunity to test cutting-edge technologies applied to boating, including advanced cockpit solutions and innovative propulsion systems, developed in collaboration with our technical team in Messina. This partnership promotes training and the application of new technologies, with a focus on sustainability. Through targeted educational projects, we provide future generations of professionals with tangible support and the opportunity to confront the world of work directly. This fosters a positive and lasting impact, stimulating the economic and social growth of the area. Participating in this project, means encouraging a more sustainable boating, in line with the values we care about developing in our Group. #MEBC2025
