We recently hosted Lowe’s India’s Q2 Townhall, an opportunity for associates and leaders to come together, reflect on our accomplishments thus far, and align on the path ahead. The event served as a meaningful celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose. Ankur Mittal, CTO & MD, Lowe’s India, opened the session with an overview of our key milestones and strategic priorities, setting the tone for the journey ahead. We were also honored to receive messages from our global leaders, Seemantini Godbole, EVP, Chief Digital and Information Officer, Lowe's Inc., and Juliette Pryor, EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Lowe’s Inc., who reaffirmed our collective focus on innovation, agility, and long-term growth. As part of our ongoing efforts to foster environmental sustainability, nearly 100 associates participated in a Seed Ball Making activity in partnership with Goodera and the India Roots Foundation. Together, they crafted a total of almost 3000 seed balls, using native seeds such as Neem, Pongamia, and Tamarind. These seed balls were donated to the Oasis Foundation and will be sown at Hunasamaranahalli Lake as part of the ongoing Lowe’s–Oasis Foundation Lake Rejuvenation Project. This initiative not only promotes biodiversity and green cover but also strengthens Lowe’s commitment to building a sustainable future - one seed ball at a time.
