Since joining in 2022 as Director of Rooms, Cristina B. has led transformative improvements in performance, quality, and engagement. She is a graduate of our MOve Forward programme and brings experience from leading hospitality brands in Spain and Ireland. Eric Gervy has been promoted to Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris. Eric joined the Group in 2017 as Director of Food & Beverage in Geneva, later serving as Hotel Manager in Prague and Operations Manager at our headquarters in Hong Kong. He brings broad operational expertise and will lead the Lutetia, Paris team in delivering excellence across service, brand development, and performance. Lucia Serrano has been appointed Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid. With over 15 years in luxury hospitality, including senior roles at hospitality groups in Spain and the UK, Lucía brings a strong focus on wellness and guest experience. Her international perspective and passion for personalised service will be key in shaping guest journeys at our iconic Madrid property. Denis Krupp joins as Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. With 25 years of experience across luxury hospitality brands, Denis has held senior roles including Hotel Manager and Director of Rooms. His commitment to excellence and modern leadership will help shape the next chapter of our Tokyo property. Celebrating 15 years of exceptional hospitality at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. On 28 June 2025, over 250 distinguished guests, dignitaries, and VIPs gathered to celebrate Mandarin Oriental, Macau’s 15th anniversary with a cocktail reception in the heart of the city. Highlights included anniversary video screenings, live music blending Chinese classical and contemporary styles, and dance performances reflecting Macau’s rich cultural heritage and modern spirit. The evening concluded at Vida Rica Bar with signature cocktails crafted by mixologists from Mandarin Oriental, Macau, The Aubrey, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, and MO Bar, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. In a welcome address, General Manager, Franck Droin, said, “The dedication of our team has been nothing short of inspiring with their commitment to improve continuously and to make a difference every day.
