WT and "Thic PC"?

Sorry, I couldn't think of a better title.

Here's a registry snippet.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

  TCC
     : REG_SZ : TCC&Here
    command
       : REG_SZ : wtp.exe -w -1 --size 92,32 --pos 483,190 D:\tc35\TCC.EXE /D "%V"
       
  WT
     : REG_SZ : WTHere
    command
       : REG_SZ : wtp.exe --pos 454,182 --size 96,32 nt D:\tc35\TCC.EXE /D "%V" 

Both show in the context menu for "This PC".

When I choose TCCHere I get a TCC in System32 (which is WT's current directory).

When I choose WTHere I get this (which is a little odd).

TCC must be getting that GUID somehow but I have no clue about the mechanism. Any idea what's goind on? Thanks!

P.S., those registry entries are also in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder and that's probably why they show for "This PC".
