We talk a lot about digital sovereignty currently. Throughout the summer, I'm proposing a series of 9 posts based on my deepest convictions & areas of commitment around the topic, and the future of digital platform services. (𝟏/𝟗) 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Digital sovereignty starts not with applications, but with foundations. Without modern, robust, interoperable infrastructures, there is no viable hybrid cloud. No useful AI can emerge. No serious and reliable cybersecurity is possible. Today, technical debt is growing, architectures are fragmenting, and knowledge of information systems is being lost. The result: vulnerable, costly, rigid systems unable to evolve at the pace of needs. Modernising infrastructures is the forgotten strategic battle. But it conditions everything else. I encourage the construction of modern, controlled and sovereign digital infrastructures to give organisations real power over their digital future. #DigitalSovereignty #DigitalInfrastructures #EuropeanSovereignty Mohammed Sijelmassi, Eugene Ebara, Odd Inge Bjørdal, Jean-Marie Souchu, Nagarajan Lakshmanan, Laurent Gautier, Ludwig Hervé, Thierry Luc ,
