🛸 OUR U-LTIMATE TALENTS 🛸 We’re excited to welcome Joseph, Hugo, Fantine, and Thomas who have recently joined the U-Space adventure ! 🚀 ⚡ As Electronic Design Engineer, Joseph Lavest develops and tests the electronic hardware embedded in U-Space’s satellites, ensuring reliable and high-performance systems for each mission. 🛰️ As Flight Software Engineer, Hugo Argoud is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the onboard software that enables satellites to operate autonomously and perform their mission-critical functions in orbit. 🔧 As Electric Propulsion Equipment Engineer, Fantine Blanquez-Nadal leads the definition, selection, and integration of propulsion systems across satellite programs. She contributes to system-level design and ensures seamless integration of propulsion subsystems within our platforms. 🔬 As Integration, Verification & Validation Technicien, Thomas Roques designs validation plans based on technical specs and product requirements, leads the AIT process, defines performance metrics, executes test campaigns, and ensures that our satellites meet the highest standards before heading to space. 🚀 𝐋𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐞̀𝐫𝐞, 𝐣𝐞 𝐧’𝐚𝐢 𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐞́𝐭𝐞́ 𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢 𝐩𝐫𝐞̀𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐞́𝐭𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 (et pourtant je n’étais pas au salon du Bourget…). Venue pour auditer leur système qualité en vue de la certification EN9100, j’ai découvert U-Space, une pépite toulousaine du NewSpace. Née en 2018 à 3 personnes, elle en compte près de 80 aujourd’hui. Et elle ne compte pas s’arrêter là. En un an, ils ont lancé la première usine française de small-satellites, mis en orbite leurs tout premiers bijoux technologiques… et structuré un SMQ à taille humaine, dans un contexte de croissance fulgurante. Rien que ça ! 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐢 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐚 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ? Pour pérenniser cette ambition sur un mode industriel, structurer et maîtriser les pratiques sans perdre l’agilité, assurer un pilotage adapté tout en répondant aux exigences du secteur spatial et défense.
