Dans le cadre de l’exposition « Re:Materialize » organisée par la Rong Design Library, nous avons présenté la vision créative et durable de nos trois marques phares : Tesca, Willy Schmitz et Laedana. Portée par une approche centrée sur les matériaux, Re:Materialize place l’innovation et la durabilité au cœur du processus de conception, favorisant la collaboration interdisciplinaire et de nouvelles synergies créatives. Notre installation a suscité de nombreux échanges prometteurs avec des designers, architectes, experts automobiles et chercheurs en matériaux, mettant en lumière tout le potentiel esthétique et responsable de nos solutions pour la mobilité de demain. The translation of this psychedelic grid into a woven fabric is the result of our precision, engineering and longstanding expertise. Grâce à la croissance soutenue du groupe, nous franchissons aujourd’hui une nouvelle étape en étendant nos locaux du côté Ouest de la tour, occupant ainsi la totalité des bureaux du 24eme étage. Verso, le monomatière par Tescagroup. Verso est un assemblage textile composé d’un non-tissé en polyester recyclé, issu de déchets de production, et d’un tissu de surface en polyester recyclé. Ce non-tissé remplace l’envers classique en PU de nos textiles, permettant ainsi d’obtenir un complexe monomatière en polyester 100 % recyclable. Grâce à cette conception, les chutes de coupe et de couture générées lors de la fabrication des coiffes de sièges peuvent être recyclées facilement. De plus, en fin de vie du véhicule, ces coiffes en Verso peuvent être retirées et recyclées sans procédés complexes de séparation des matériaux. Une étape clé pour l’éco-conception des habillages automobiles et le premier pas vers une véritable économie circulaire. Verso, the mono-material solution by TescaGroup. Verso is a textile assembly made from a non-woven recycled polyester, sourced from production waste, and a surface fabric made from recycled polyester. This non-woven material replaces the traditional PU backing in our textiles, the result in a 100% recyclable mono-material polyester composite. Thanks to this design, cutting and stitching wastes generated during seat cover manufacturing can be easily recycled. Additionally, at the end of the vehicle's life, these Verso seat covers can be removed and recycled without requiring complex material separation processes.
